Experience in sewer line repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Sewer Service Technician

Run main-line cleanings, hydro jetting, and camera inspections across the Kansas City, KS area. You will diagnose sewer problems on site, explain findings to customers in plain language, and document every job with video and a written report.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of drain cleaning, plumbing, or sewer service experience
• Comfortable operating cable machines, jetters, and inspection cameras
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Able to lift 75 pounds and work in crawlspaces, basements, and outdoor conditions year-round
• Clear, respectful communication with homeowners and property managers

Excavation and Trenchless Crew Member

Work on the repair and replacement side of the business: spot repairs, pipe lining, pipe bursting, and open-trench replacements. You will dig access pits, set up trenchless equipment, install new pipe, and restore surfaces to the customer's satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience on excavation, utility, or pipeline crews
• Familiarity with trench safety, shoring, and utility locates
• Ability to operate a mini excavator and compaction equipment, or willingness to be trained
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus
• Reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable with physical outdoor work

Service Coordinator and Dispatcher

Be the first voice customers hear. You will answer calls, ask the right questions to understand the sewer symptoms, schedule the crews, send written estimates with camera footage attached, and follow up after the job to make sure the customer is taken care of.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or office coordination for a trades or service business
• Calm and clear on the phone, including with customers who have sewage in the basement
• Organized and comfortable with scheduling software, email, and basic CRM tools
• Familiarity with the Kansas City, KS area and the Johnson County suburbs is helpful
• Willingness to learn enough about sewer work to explain the basics

Apprentice Technician

An entry-level role for someone who wants to learn the sewer trade from the ground down. You will ride along with our technicians, help on cleanings and inspections, learn the camera and jetting equipment, and work toward running your own service calls.

Qualifications

• No sewer experience required; mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic are
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to get dirty, work outdoors, and show up on time every day
• Interest in building a long-term career in the trades
